Activation of the Lifetime Performance Warranty on a SnoBar, ColorBar and WindBar system, requires:

• Registration Form (fully completed)
• Copy of Paid Invoice
• Clear Digital or Non-digital Photos (before and after the equipment installation)

Completed Registration Form, Copy of Paid Invoice and Before and After Non-Digital Photos can be mailed to:

If email is preferred, please send Completed Registration Form, Copy of Paid Invoice with Before and After Digital Photos
to support@snojax.com with a project name in the subject line. Example: “Jones County Church Warranty Photos”.

Once the completed Registration Form, copy of Paid Invoice and Before and After Photos are reviewed, we will send a
confirmation that the warranty is in effect. Warranty only applies to systems that use a spacing layout specifically
designed for your project by IceBlox, Inc., prior to installation. By signing this Registration Form, Purchaser agrees to all
terms and conditions of the Lifetime Performance Warranty. Purchaser attests that all equipment has been installed in
strict accordance to the manufacturer’s installation specifications and all set screws and fasteners have been properly
torqued. Purchaser agrees to grant IceBlox, Inc. and or Action Manufacturing SnoBar, LLC access for equipment
inspections, at no cost, upon request. Purchaser is the owner and copyright holder of the photos/video being
submitted. Purchaser hereby grants right of possession of the above described images/videos to IceBlox, Inc. and Action
Manufacturing SnoBar, LLC to make unlimited printed or electronic copies for technical analysis or distribution.
